Ed’s corporate career over the past 26 years has evolved through various avenues throughout private industry, public industry, and government sectors of the business community.

His professional experiences have spanned technical theory, operations, instructional, quality assurance, and leadership positions within the Nuclear Power Industry, as well as technical, instructional, management, sales and customer service at Director and Executive staff levels in the Semi-conductor Equipment Manufacturing Industry.  These positions provided vast amounts of experience in customer service, organizational behavior, teamwork & team building; budgeting, cost controls & financial management; sales, projections, account management & targeted quota’s; to company directional planning and execution, including goal setting & performance management.

Ed owns his own business and knows what it takes to not only survive, but truly what it takes to “grow” a business successfully.  He currently coaches a number of business owners in the Treasure Valley, and has been actively coaching/mentoring personnel successfully for over 15 years.  He has trained, inspired, and motivated personnel to that next level of success throughout his career.

As Owner and President of ETR Business Integrity, Inc., his role involves coaching/mentoring business owners in growing their business to its highest level of profitability with the goal of freeing up more of the owner’s time for personal enjoyment.  This occurs as Ed helps them increase sales and marketing effectiveness, implement efficient business systems, and build superior employee teams.  The overall result is increased cash-flow and profitability with less time involvement from the owner.  In other words, Ed coaches business owners to work “on” their business, not just “in” it.
